Abstract: 汽油引擎噴嘴處積污負面影響汽車駕駛性能與廢氣排放量。以往以實車測試方式分析積污成因效果不佳重複性低,因此本文嘗試建立一積污生成模擬裝置(Injector Deposit Simulator)以探討研究不同壁溫下之積污生成過程,並以紅外線分析光譜儀等光學儀器分析積污生成內在機理。結果證實本模擬分析裝置可快速有效的評估汽油組成對積污生成機制之影響,並可作為各類型抑制積污添加劑之先導篩選測試評估裝置。
