Abstract: 1.營養素在我身體中扮演著不可或缺的角色。2.正確的飲食習慣,適量的營養,對身體才有幫助。3.食品的五大營養素(脂肪、鈉、蛋白質、碳水化合物及熱量) 。 此次本組專題,只針對食品中的鈉含量進行研究。本次分析顯示,市售泡麵產品的鈉含量標示,其中五種樣品中測定的結果,有三種樣品的標示其誤差質有20%以內,合乎食品標示允許之誤差範差範圍內,另外二種不符合誤差測定。
