Title: 染敏太陽能電池之製作與研究

Abstract: 本專題的實驗目的是了解染料敏化太陽能電池之基本運作機制並研究參雜Sn和Al的ZnO薄膜對TiO2染敏化太陽能電池光電話轉換效率的影響。

由研究結果發現,由旋轉塗佈法製備的ZnO∕ITO試片比浸漬法
製備的ZnO∕ITO試片,其表面較為平坦,故試片的Rs值也較低。
並且由UV-vis光譜分析得知,Al∕ZnO和Sn∕ZnO塗層均可以增加
ITO玻璃對光波長吸收的廣度。以及由I-V曲線圖分析得知,以
ZnO∕ITO製備的DSSC其光電轉換效率是直接由ITO製備DSSC的
12倍以上。
