Abstract:	芸香苷為生物類黃酮之一，在臨床上使用它治療各種出血性疾病，廣泛存在植物界中。本實驗以槐花米做芸香苷萃取之研究，採用水萃取法以及鹼萃取法，經過實驗結果發現以鹼萃取法的產量多於水萃取法且純度高，以及時間的掌握在40分鐘最適當，以及萃取量最高。
