Abstract:	稻米為台灣主要農作物，栽種面積廣大，稻米收割後，廢棄的稻桿往往成為廢棄物或焚燒式作為堆肥每每一造成污染。本實驗本著資源再利用之想法，嘗試以稻桿纖維作為生產酒精的原料，由稻草纖維中水解出葡萄糖，再轉換成酒精，以多次實驗探討較佳的生產製程。
