Abstract:	日本以”禮儀之邦”著稱，不僅僅講求日常生活的小細節，在人與人溝通的層次方面也是博大精深。日本人在說話方面分成三大層次，分為晚輩、同輩以及長輩。雖然同屬於亞洲國家的我們，在這方面卻沒有非常的講究，但在日本人心中，這是極為重要的，而太過謙卑或是太過直接，都是有失禮貌的。說話方面不僅用字要恰當，態度真誠也是作者一再強調的。本書中，以實際例子作為探討，採用錄音方式串寫。在文章裡面有許多當地的口語以及用字習慣，以最真實的方式呈現給讀者，以及將年齡層的不同作為區分，最後再做分析及解說，幫助讀者清楚明白的理解。
