Abstract: 本研究主要是以La0.7Pb0.3MnO3(LPMO)薄膜為母體,進一步摻雜銀製成複合材料、主要的原因是因為銀的導電性良好,可以幫助在導電性較差的LPMO晶粒邊界上填補Ag,來增加其電子傳輸的效率。此外銀的導電性良好且延展性佳,因此以溶膠凝法及旋轉塗佈技術製備(La0.7Pb0.3MnO3)1-xAgx薄膜,在固定二氧化矽(SiO2)基板上,尋找適當的熱處理溫度及時間條件下,探討不同Ag含量對((La0.7Pb0.3MnO3)1-xAgx複合物薄膜之結構及電磁傳輸特性的影響。
