Abstract: 超音波震盪經由高頻震盪信號,通過轉換器成為高頻機械震盪。超音波的震動只是能夠達到清洗效果的其中一個小環節,超音波主要的原理是在超高速聲音在水利面傳遞、過程中水無法負荷而產生的真空氣泡。這些真空氣泡因為是水無法負荷高速聲音的力量而產生,因此裡面有相當大的壓力。當這些真空氣泡在失去自然平衡時爆破,爆破所產生的壓力就是清洗的關鍵。而並非將髒物震出來這麼簡單。
