Abstract:	金屬模離心鑄造法，在傳統鑄造技術中，算是較新技術之一，其製造減少人力及材料之花費，並且能大量生產，由於澆鑄條件優良，可得到密實性高之鑄件，並且組織，晶粒較細緻，成份分布較均勻，利用九英吋的離心鑄造原理，快速的製造出細膩度高、表面光滑的成品，並且以不同的轉速，澆迫長度，以提高完成度，但由於時間上的關係，所以我們只針對6061鋁合金原料使用離心鑄造所鑄造出的管件加以分析以及探討。
