Abstract:	本研究以鋁合金模製造為例提出CAD/CAM整合製造，專題內容、目前用在中小型製造業使用較多的電腦輔助設計製圖與電腦輔助製造軟體完成。將Solid Works進行實體設計，完整的實體模型配合Master Cam定義刀具參數切削模擬轉NC碼後處理程式，再經由Cimciedit修正程式後，直接傳輸製CNC切削中心機完成實體製造，並使用公母模組合罐料做出實體成品。
