Abstract:	實習的公司是萊爾富便利商店，萊爾富是台灣人自營的第三大連鎖便利商店，屬於光泉牧場股份有限公司關係企業。光泉創辦人汪水泉是出身迪化街的富商，汪家旗下原有光泉牧場及光泉食品，民國78年投資流通業，創立萊爾富便利商店。我在萊爾富便利商店學到對人處事的態度，遇到澳洲來的客人該如何應對，才不會造成客怨而被客訴。也學到訂貨，經由PDA資訊，推擬出可能銷售量來決定訂貨量。每一件事不管簡單或困難，都是需要時間去學習與磨練，而且要做到最好，自己一個人上班真的很累，但也因此學到很多平常不會遇到的事和處理事情的方法
