Abstract:	「大買家股份有限公司」成立於1993年，資本額為新台幣壹拾參億貳仟萬元整，由中陽集團及中部知名建商創立，1994年大里國光店開幕，1996年北屯店，1999年高雄店(金銀島購物中心)正式營業，引進連鎖智能電腦營運管理系統，並由專業團隊經營管理，以提供各類民生必需品及餐飲、商店街的複合式量販店，滿足消費者一次購足，應有盡有的量販百貨大賣場。　　1997年為擴大採購規模提升競爭力，與大潤發流通事業股份有限公司交互持股策略聯盟，成立商品聯合採購中心，2001年再與具有45年零售流通經驗的法國歐尚集團合作，提升國際性更多元化的商品服務。
