摘要: 本文主要針對玻璃纖維複合材料薄板,探討各種刀具及鑽削因子與脫層缺陷現象之相互影響關係。鑽削實驗設備使用楊鐵MV-3A數值控制銑床,加工參數先行選擇進給率(8 mm/min、12 mm/min、16 mm/min)、主軸轉速(1000 rpm、2500 rpm、4000 rpm)及四種刀具(麻花鑽、階梯鑽、圓心鑽、鋸鑽)做為試驗因子,針對1K、3K兩種斜織45°玻璃纖維複合材料薄板進行鑽削加工,探討這些常見的加工參數對玻璃纖維複合材料薄板鑽削後產生的脫層缺陷現象之影響,並利用反應曲面法做進一步預測分析,鑽削玻璃纖維複合材料薄板時發生脫層大小之模式。實驗及分析結果顯示脫層發生在鑽削材料之入口處及出口處,其中出口處的脫層較為嚴重,且3K玻璃纖維複合材料薄板脫層狀況比1K玻璃纖維複合材料薄板來得嚴重,又探討因子中以主軸轉速對材料脫層之影響最為顯著,且麻花鑽對於薄板材料脫層缺陷現象有顯著的改善效果。
This generally developed for aerospace and other high-end applications using the Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic has increased manifold over the last few years. Thus good quality during the manufacturing processes of GFRP composites becomes imperative. Among the machining processes, drilling is one of the most commonly used manufacturing processes to install fasteners for assembly of laminate composites. The drilling parameters and specimen parameters evaluated were spindle speed, feed rate, four kinds of drilling tools and 1K, 3K GFRP laminates. The objective of this study is to determine significant factors and combination of factors that influence the delamination using response surface methodology. From the analysis it is evident that peel up delamination always larger than push down delamination. Among the four kinds of drill, the results show that twist drill can drastically reduce delamination. The delamination factors also relate closely to the spindle speed. Furthermore, experimental results indicate that the surface delaminations of 3K GFRP laminates are always worse than of 1K GFRP laminates.
