Abstract: 隨著高科技產業的蓬勃發展,加上電子、電機、資訊與通訊產業的帶動,製造產業也隨之興盛。為了降低生產成本、增加生產效能,因而發展出「機電整合」的系統工程技術。本研究的主要目的是建構一套運動控制監控系統,以 LabVIEW圖控軟體為基本架構之人機介面,針對伺服運動平台、CCD加工物監控儀等設備,利用四軸運動控制卡、影像擷取控制卡及 RS232 等傳輸介面,建立整合型監控系統、機械視覺與運動平台控制系統。
The rapid development in computer-related electronics, such as microprocessors, sensor and actuator has led to widespread adoption of electronics in machinery. Products referred to as “mechatronics” now offer significantly enhanced functions and performance.
In this thesis, the purpose is to achieve a set of integrated supervisory control system, which has two function modules such as (1) Machine vision system, (2) precision motion control platform. These two function modules are to be controlled through a LabVIEW graphic-monitor software which has vivid Human Machine Interface, image and motion control cards.
