Abstract:	台灣近幾年來，由於購買新車的專案越來越多，每家新車公司都有貸款分期零利率，而且購車優惠也很多，只要購買新車就送車子的進階配備，還享有三年內的保固，所以現在的人寧可每個月都有沉重的貸款也要買新車來開，至於二手車市場，因為新聞偶爾都會報導來源不明法拍車還有事故車、泡水車，保固時間太短等等，以至於臺灣人購買二手車慾望降低，怕買了之後後續問題不斷，因此對於交易完後的服務品質要如何提升，改善顧客關係，建立信任與良好的互動，以提高顧客滿意度，將成為重要的課題。
