Abstract:	從小父母就常會利用各種資訊，像是報章雜誌、新聞媒體、網際網路或親朋好友述說等等，並利用閒暇時間帶我們到台灣的各個角落去認識當地的文化體驗他們的生活，發崛平時生活中很少會接觸到、嘗試到的東西，因此讓我開始對這個領域有著一種好奇心。很早就想嘗試看看這方面的工作，當聽到學校飯店有合作，從寒假開始能提供學生前往實習，於是我就和班上幾位對這方面有興趣的同學相約在指定時間前往面試。後來跟他們主管談完後，配合他們的安排，在期末結束後，就開始到飯店實習。
