Abstract:	本實習專題內容以力行至職場實習之成果，在職場中，參與的工作內容有許多專業領域及非專業領域。參與過程中，工作內容為美新獎勵體制建置、TTQS輔導、TTQS e化系統資料建置、使用e-HR系統建置資料、創業諮詢、撰寫文件、會計工作、產投班執行、編寫流程圖、社團活動規劃、專案處理...等，並於8月16日至豐原上微型創業鳳凰入門班。實習後成果突顯工作而非建築於單一領域，要積極去堆積各方領域能力，才有助於人力資源領域發展。
