Abstract:	本實習專題內容為實際至職場學習成果，在實習中，工作範圍大致分為人力資源領域、行銷與流通領域、管理領域、其他領域。至職場工作內容為講義編制、美新獎勵制度建置、美新公文收發流程製作、創業諮詢、撰寫文件、e-HR系統導入、TTQS e化系統資料建置、產投班課程執行、職能分析、社團活動規劃、專案處理...等，並於8月16日至豐原上微型創業鳳凰入門班。實習成果為獲得理論與實務結合概念，並且充實專業上及非專業知能力。
