Abstract:	實習內容以台灣地區的量販業龍頭「家樂福」為對象，經由在安全課實習方式來親自體驗面對客人如何應對進退，並瞭解家樂福的顧客服務與如何處理顧客問題的情況。家樂福（Carrefour）成立於1959 年，是歐洲最大的量販集團，目前僅次於沃爾瑪，於世界量販集團排名第二，並於1987 年成立台灣家福股份有限公司，由統一企業與法商家樂福各以40﹪及60﹪的持股比例合資新台幣7 億元成立之『家福公司』旗下企業。法商家樂福透過此一合資案如願地將營運版圖延伸至亞洲地區成為亞洲區設立的第一個據點，也於1996 年即超越同業成為領導品牌，並帶動營收快速成長。藉由實習這個機會真實地去貼近、感受在這現實的社會環境中所需要的真正需求，而這些不管是有形無形的對我而言相信在我往後人生的道路上必有莫大的幫助，希望能在實習過程中學習如何接觸來自不同背景的人，也磨練自己的技巧與能力。
