Abstract:	我實習的公司是「大買家股份有限公司」成立於1993年，由中陽集團及中部知名建商創立，1994年大里國光店開幕，1996年北屯店，1999年高雄店(金銀島購物中心)正式營業，引進連鎖智能電腦營運管理系統，並由專業團隊經營管理，以提供各類民生必需品及餐飲、商店街的複合式量販店，滿足消費者一次購足的需求。我的部門主要分為服務台、贈品區，而工作內容是退換貨服務、顧客諮詢服務、贈品兌換、會員資料判讀、顧客電訪…等等，所以要學習的東西很多。
