Abstract:	我實習的單位是就醬子烤吧有限公司，公司創立於2007年11月所開設的，公司負著人是楊家勳。就憑著獨特的烤肉口味和獨特麻辣泡麵及國小課桌椅為主題，打響了就醬子烤吧的招牌，在短短的幾年間快速的成長，到至今，已有七家分店了。我在裡面負責的部門是內場烤肉人員，負者的事物包含，理貨、食材品質管理以及成品的監督以確保出品質合乎公司要求。在烤吧裡說輕鬆也並沒有多輕鬆，可是在烤吧的一年裡，也讓我遭受到很多的挫折，但我知道這樣才會讓我成長，不管是在觀念上行為上，也受到主管對我的肯定，主管跟我說我是他所教出來最有成就感的一個，也希望畢業後我能繼續留在那工作，可是我能肯定的是，對於這一年的磨練勢必對我的未來一定有所幫助。
