Abstract:	會想參予三明治教學的計畫，在於自己想在畢業前可以先到社會有個小小的認識跟領悟，也想提早進入職場先行學習，不只可以讓自己增廣識聞，也能讓自己在面對工作壓力時能正向去迎接，畢竟職場的一些細節與方式跟學校就完全不同，學校常有老師、同學能夠協助讓自己可以沒有太大的壓力，且犯錯，老師與同學大都能原諒，以至於在職場，若犯錯了有些人會有躲避心態，且在職場上犯錯就是錯了，想要有在一次的機會是很少的，而現在在職場想找份工作都很難了，所以想藉由學校這個計畫，能讓自己多了解目前職場上的動態，也能夠讓自己先多跑了一步，將來面對社會真正的險惡時，才不會有躲避與什麼事都能被原諒的心態。
