Abstract:	本專題研究發展出一應用分散液相微萃取技術之萃取方法。針對鄰、間、對三種二甲苯異構物的混合體，將其從未知水樣萃取出來，並應用此萃取方法將二甲苯異構物在GC內的訊號放大，以便觀察。分散劑及破乳化劑選用（甲醇），萃取溶劑選用（己烷），在各種變因下尋找到最佳的萃取條件，萃取溶劑的使用量，萃取時間還有分散劑及終止劑的使用量，以及鹽效應的影響，線性範圍從1ppm至15ppm，線性係數0.9946以上，回收率達77%以上，固本方法讓我們可以準確快速的去檢測未知水樣中是否有含會危害人體的鄰、間、對二甲苯。
