Abstract: 天然醋富含人體必需胺基酸,可以將酸性體質調製弱鹼性,順氣消脹淨化血管及降            
    
    低三酸甘油酯,並促進體內消耗過多的脂肪,加強蛋白質和糖類的代謝。

    這一次的實驗是先將蘋果、鳳梨、橘子、葡萄洗淨,然後擦乾,將水果及砂糖放入

    瓶子中,再分別加入酵母菌,放置一段時間,然後等待發酵,製作成為蘋果醋、鳳

    梨醋、橘子醋和葡萄醋。
