Abstract:	本系統主要功能在使用紅外線測量物體經過測速台上兩偵測點和速度及設定速度限制值，當速度達到極限直時，另附lcd顯示速度。速限值及計時，及附鍵盤可設定速限值及距離單位系統電能由一組太陽能板及蓄電池提供。包括一組8051控制電路，一組太陽能電源處理電路，二組紅外線感應器，一組lcd顯示速度，一組4*3鍵盤，一組超速警報蜂寧器及警報燈。
