Abstract:	將隱匿在程式碼之中的零散企業規則抽取出來，予以整合成一個獨立的企業規則庫，如此可以大幅度增加資訊系統的企業規則獨立性，進而有效改進資訊系統的可維護性。本文提出一個以關連式資料庫程序為基礎的企業規則庫開發策略，首先提出一個具有簡單、便宜、高跨平台等優點的企業規則庫架構，然後再進一步提出一個企業規則庫的開發程序。
