Abstract:	目前台股受制於年線壓力呈現多空拉鋸，但有多檔個股有庫藏股護盤題材助威，激勵股價止跌彈升走勢像德宏、聯發科、宏達電…等但宏碁時施庫藏股的結果就不像前述有如此的表現，從以上可以看到庫藏股的實施對股價的拉抬並非萬靈丹，因此本研究將就台灣庫藏股制度作一簡單說明。
