Abstract:	這是在今年2011年的暑假到亞洲光學股份有限公司企業實習，所做的報告，內容包括亞洲光學股份有限公司的產業介紹、公司簡介、還有針對實習的單位〝人資課〞的基本介紹，在暑徦的兩個月裡在亞洲光學股份有限公司所做的工作雖然繁雜，但可以學習到許多的人、事、物。在實習期間，有參與公司契約工的集體面試、基本人事招募、去職訓中心招募、參加台中市貿精密機械就業博覽會、舉辦統一招考考試，了解到要招募到一名員工需要花費許多的時間與精神。行政部份，教育訓練資料彙整、整理各部門文具、新人訪談計畫、員工留任訪談計畫、、總機見習和總務庶務的處理。人資就是一切關於〝人〞的事。
