Title:	手工具場生產線流程改善之研究

Abstract:	在科技快速成長下，製造系統呈現機械化來代替人力，產品品質及數量大可提升，所以傳統手工具容易被淘汰或取代，本組專題題目為「生產線流程改善」，研究傳統手工具工廠製造流程改善，並採用Richand Muther所提出之SLP架構來研究部門之關聯性，再以群組式佈置改善工廠作業流程。本組研究個案之工廠以接單式生產模式。分析後發現作業流程動向迂迴、交錯，使產品無法連續性生產，導致許多待製品。因此本組將問題分析後進行改善，將傳統手工具工廠，原物料投入到產出的過程中，一個流程來製造產品。
