Abstract:	萬事起頭難，從校園學生的身分到一個陌生的新實習環境一切要重新適應，任何行業都很辛苦，沒有不勞而獲的事情，選擇服務業實習比較辛苦的地方，像是假日、過年過節或是連續假期都要衝業績的時候，人力相對上也會比較吃緊，絕對是嚴禁休假，當家人團聚出遊時你必須要上班，當朋友找你玩樂時你必須上班，當你生病時你必須要上班，當你想休息時你必須要上班，時間變得較不自由，必須學習利用安排自己行程表。三明治實習是系上的特色，若再讓我選一次，如果能重來，我還是會選擇三明治實習
