Abstract:	修帄科技大學行銷與流通管理系-三明治實習以統一星巴克為對象，在經由統一星巴克的標準訓練之後，來了解到商品陳列、銷售模式等，以及面對顧客如何應對進退，並瞭解統一星巴克在遇到顧客的各種問題情況，改善並獲得解決。藉由三明治實習這個機會可以讓我們了解到，感受在這現實的社會環境中所需要的真正需求，顧客真正內心想法，顧客需要的債聽，而這些不管是有形無形的對我而言都是一種幫助與磨練，希望能在三明治實習過程中學習如何接觸來自不同背景的人，也磨練自己的技巧與能力。
