Abstract:	全聯實業股份有限公司成立於1998年10月，當時以供銷軍公教福利品為宗旨的全聯社已完成其階段性任務。全聯實業股份有限公司的成立，乃在概括承受全聯社68家賣場，並擴大經營規模，服務更多消費大眾，目前總共有600多家分店。藉由實習的機會接觸到來自不同背景的同事，一起分享彼此經驗，隨時做好準備，當顧客有詢問時能立刻幫忙，處理零臨時狀況，磨練自己的應對技巧和提升自己的工作能力。
