Abstract:	現在三皇三家是我實習的門市，在實習當中也沒有想說要回學校做專題，還沒進三皇三家之前。也曾經有過餐飲的經驗，所以來到三皇實習也適應的很快。儘管實習的時數已經超過學校規定的時數，但也因為人力不足的關係繼續留下來幫忙，且工作時數也增加了許多，雖然長時數的工作很辛苦，但是往好的方面想，相對的薪水也會比較多，也沒有什麼不好，也因為這樣讓我學習到很多餐飲的相關知識。然後給自己一個期許，希望在未來如果有能力可以自己創業，也作為自己努力的目標。
