Abstract:	實習期間101年7月到102年五月底實習結束，在實習當中學到了很多如顧客應對、人際關係、處理顧客問題、團隊的分工，這都是很重要的，實習時數很常對我也是一種挑戰，從這時習經驗中磨練與學習，我學到了一句話把自己不喜歡的事變喜歡，就能快樂的工作，這是一個很棒的經驗。
