Abstract:	三明治實習公司於寶雅國際股份有限公司─美村店，美村店是在2011年10月初新開於美村南路及工學路口及僑泰中學附近，公司內專賣開架彩妝、流行飾品、生活百貨、五金用品、內衣、流行襪子等多樣商品。本專題在公司實習中，負責幫忙顧客結帳、處理顧客退換貨問題，而我擔任結帳收銀人員，常常會面對顧客的抱怨及詢問，在面對客人的抱怨及處理過程，讓我學到了如何處理及如何解決客人們心裡問題所在。在美村寶雅上班1550小時以上的實習過程中，體會到服務業是如何面對收銀操作技巧、如何處理顧客問題應對能力及如何和同事們相處的愉快，這些經驗對我是有幫助的。
