Abstract:	經由這學期暑假到山達精密有限公司實習的機會，讓我了解到一般企業的基本運作及手工具產品製造的大概過程。雖然只有短短的二個月，但也算收穫豐富，有許多新鮮的事物，都是在學校中不曾遇到過的，像是緊湊的步調、講究效率的做事方法，還有工作的壓力...等。
