Abstract:	修平科技大學人力資源發展系，為了讓學生理論與實務的結合，落實產學合作，提升學生實務專業能力與經驗，增進學生就業能力，訂定校外實習辦，個人經過面試獲至關隆股份有限公司實習，實習期間為民國101年7月2日至民國101年8月31日止，實習單位在財務部的總務組。本次實習工作內容以教育訓練資料整合、教育訓練課程追蹤並紀錄與核對，人事系統資料維護及增補、員工保險資料核對，這次的實習過程中我有相當大的體驗，讓我了解實際進行實作時需將學校所學習知識運用與差別，當遇到問題時應主動詢問，工作事項執行的進度需告知，適時表達自己的看法，在進入職場前加強自己的專業知識、人際互動與溝通表達，是我必須具備的能力。
