Abstract:	本研究以創新行為、創意與創業人格特質的關係探討創業成功因素，採問卷調查法，針對相關創業協會為母群體進行立意取樣，回收 200 份問卷。統計方法採用敘述統計法、信度分析、迴歸分析、相關係數分析。研究結果顯示，創業主的創新行為會正向影響創業成功，創業主的創意會正向影響創業成功，創意是創新行為與創業成功關係之中介變項，人格特質對創業成功有正向影響，以上四個假設結果皆為成立，結論與建議一併於文中討論。
