Abstract:	在學校學到有關TTQS教育訓練系統，藉由這次實習的機會到台灣發展研究院實習。近年來政府積極推廣TTQS教育訓練系統體制，也推廣每個企業單位申請輔導及評核，申請的企業單位逐年增加，可見TTQS教育訓練系統體制對整個企業單位是有一定的提升及幫助。在實習當中也會到企業單位進行輔導助理的作業，輔導的過程當中也看見單位準備資料的用心程度，積極的程度就可以看出單位對TTQS的重視。在台發院實習當中擔任了輔導助理、課程助理，其中在課程裡也學到了許多對於管理以及規劃部分，學員大部分都是人資人員，能夠將自己的專業進而學習提升將自家單位的教育訓練體制能夠更加進步。
