Abstract:	全球羽球運動普及程度不亞於棒球或者籃球，老幼婦孺皆可喜歡羽球運動。每項運動皆有強弱之分，羽毛球這項運動所注重以米字步移位、重心調整、及手腕的擊球靈活度，其中米字步移位、重心調整皆可靠自己跑腳步訓練，已熟悉自己的移位技巧。而手腕擊球靈活度範圍非常廣，其中包含了殺球、長球、切球、短球…等。
