Title: 連續式滾軋成型平板之散熱分析

Abstract: 本文主要是針對一高溫並考慮熱傳導之連續移動平板,在微極流體混合對流中,被冷卻時之共軛熱傳現象,分析其混合流動及熱傳特性。此種熱傳問題存在於許多實際工程應用中,如:連續鑄造、金屬擠製成型、熱輥軋、玻璃纖維製程、塑膠與橡膠板製造、鋼線抽拉…等等。首先,對平板內部使用熱傳導模態來探討固、液介面處之溫度,此一壁溫分佈影響微極流體的流動、熱傳模式,因此,需以共軛熱傳參數來統御流場中的熱傳模式。再以微極流體流動之統御方程式,來探討冷卻流體之流動特性。而平板的移動速度假設為冪次方型態,並可簡化為等速或線性移動,來分析本系統。應用適當的無因次變數(dimensionless variables)做非相似轉換(nonsimilarity transform),轉換得微極流體統御方程式與平板熱傳導方程式及相對應之邊界條件,再利用三次樣線定置法(cubic spline collocation method)即可求解。
