Abstract:	本文從生產力管理的觀點，藉由畢業生流向之問卷調查，評估學生對學校行政的滿意度與忠誠度。以資料包絡法之績效評估模式建構學系與學制之滿意度評比，估算決策單位之滿意度與忠誠度之效率值，依效率值分成四級，作為滿意度評比。以中部某學院為例，對於該校之學系與學制進行滿意度與忠誠度評估，並提出改善策略，所得結果提供學校領導者施政決策之參考。
