Abstract: 俗稱阿達麥特(Adamite)[2]之低合金鋼軋輥,一般採底澆式鑄造,通常在接近冒口處的輥胴部易發生縮孔。雖經加大冒口,並在軋輥內放置冷鐵棒或在冒口處套以發熱保溫套等改善措施,但效果一直不如理想。
解決上述軋輥鑄造缺陷,可改善冒口補充效果,以防範縮孔之發生 . 採用熱頂(hot- top)底澆式鑄造後,與原來傳統方式鑄造軋輥加以比較各項有關數據,可得到比較滿意的的結果。
