Title:	熱頂(hot-top)之軋輥鑄造與傳統澆鑄軋輥之比較

Abstract:	俗稱阿達麥特(Adamite)[2]之低合金鋼軋輥，一般採底澆式鑄造，通常在接近冒口處的輥胴部易發生縮孔。雖經加大冒口，並在軋輥內放置冷鐵棒或在冒口處套以發熱保溫套等改善措施，但效果一直不如理想。解決上述軋輥鑄造缺陷，可改善冒口補充效果，以防範縮孔之發生 . 採用熱頂(hot- top)底澆式鑄造後，與原來傳統方式鑄造軋輥加以比較各項有關數據，可得到比較滿意的的結果。
