Abstract:	一種生產線自動檢測及績效即時監控裝置,其具有一以上之線上檢視裝置、一監控主機、一資料庫以及一知識庫。線上檢視裝置係對應工廠生產線上的各生產機具或生產線而設置,以自動檢測製品品質特性,並將檢視之品質特性參數傳送至監控主機,監控主機再將品質特性參數與資料庫中之品質特性參數作比對,以判斷製品之品質,並產生品質管制圖,當品質特性參數屬不良範圍時,則對照該知識庫中之品質特性參數找出對應之機台修正參數傳送至生產機具來修正生產控制條件,而能即時且正確地監控生產品質與績效。
