Abstract:	【物品用途】本創作係一種盒子之新式樣設計,此盒子用以收納化妝品或是小工具,如眼影、粉底、口紅或乳霜,或是各式起子頭等。【創作特點】本創作之盒子整體係呈矩形。此盒子具有一盒體與一蓋體,蓋體頂面凸設有五個長短不一的肋條,各肋條一側凸設有一橢圓形凸塊,而各肋條與凸塊之間框設有一傾斜的圓弧形框條,而且該盒子的四周隅角均設成導圓角。本創作之盒子形狀,整體視覺訴求,以柔美圓潤的線條為設計概念,而且肋條、凸塊與框條之線條搭配呈現出協調立體的層次感,富具有創作性,符合新式樣專利創作要件,爰依法提請新式樣專利。
