| 摘要: | 在傳統金屬加工產業中往往都是只顧著大量生產製造，以為產能越多收入就越多，忽略了在整個生產製造的流程中其實隱藏著許多不必要的浪費，及無附加價值的流程。但目前市場趨勢，客戶不斷的要求降價供應，在當今的微利時代，只有降低成本才能創造利潤，要降低成本就是要排除浪費，而精實生產管理講求「去除每一個流程步驟中的浪費，以縮短前置時間、降低成本、提升品質、創造價值、改善安全性及提升員工士氣」。本研究將精實生產管理手法，運用在物料作業流程上，同時導入5S、目視化管理等，經由流程再造，達到流程時間縮短、外觀品質提升、人力成本縮減、降低倉儲空間、改善搬運的浪費等幾項具體有形的改善效益，在改善過程中亦無形的提升整體員工士氣，並能降低成本、創造利潤讓個案公司對於改善能更有信心，不會在墨守成規、埋頭苦幹，卻無法為公司創造更多的利潤，使個案公司在艱難的環境中，能夠永續經營，創新價值，回饋社會。
