摘要: | 在傳統金屬加工產業中往往都是只顧著大量生產製造,以為產能越多收入就越多,忽略了在整個生產製造的流程中其實隱藏著許多不必要的浪費,及無附加價值的流程。但目前市場趨勢,客戶不斷的要求降價供應,在當今的微利時代,只有降低成本才能創造利潤,要降低成本就是要排除浪費,而精實生產管理講求「去除每一個流程步驟中的浪費,以縮短前置時間、降低成本、提升品質、創造價值、改善安全性及提升員工士氣」。本研究將精實生產管理手法,運用在物料作業流程上,同時導入5S、目視化管理等,經由流程再造,達到流程時間縮短、外觀品質提升、人力成本縮減、降低倉儲空間、改善搬運的浪費等幾項具體有形的改善效益,在改善過程中亦無形的提升整體員工士氣,並能降低成本、創造利潤讓個案公司對於改善能更有信心,不會在墨守成規、埋頭苦幹,卻無法為公司創造更多的利潤,使個案公司在艱難的環境中,能夠永續經營,創新價值,回饋社會。 In the traditional metal Processing industries are often desperately seeking only to manufacturing, with a total production capacity of more that more revenue, but ignored in the whole manufacturing process is actually hidden a lot of unnecessary waste, and non-value added processes .
