摘要: 企業競爭瞬息萬變,企業必須積極應用資訊科技,改善作業流程以降低成本、減少庫存、提升交期的準確性,加強服務等來增進客戶的滿意度。企業普遍使用企業資源規劃系統(ERP)整合包含了產(生產)、銷(配銷)、人(人力資源)、發(研發)、財(財務)等企業各功能性部門的作業,加快資料的收集與處理,並且運用累積的資料進行分析。然而ERP系統的設計依據功能性質分門別類的有著固定的操作選單,資料的輸入與報表的產出必須依循作業程序的步驟來執行,如果作業人員缺乏各功能之間互動關聯因素的認知,將會導致系統內部的資料形成無效的多餘資料,更嚴重的將導致庫存數量的不準確及製令的安排錯誤。由於正當精實思維被受矚目與關注,成為全球的管理、工程與社會人文之間的熱門話題,其致力於消除「浪費」,以客戶價值為核心,透過對於流程的檢視,找出哪些是能夠創造價值的活動,而哪些又是屬於無法創造價值的浪費必須將它消除。因此本研究實際在個案公司建構了ERP的即時資訊系統,運用企業應用整合(EAI)技術將企業內不同的系統予以整合,使其在同一個平台的環境下來運作,簡化ERP繁瑣的步驟,快速的獲取使用者所需要的資料,因此獲得的省時效率達到43%,也解決了ERP系統軟體授權人數不足的問題,減少等待所浪費的時間。並以看板的方式顯現單據及物料的即時動態數據,藉助精實的思考模式強化ERP的效益,為中小企業只能以較少的ERP資金投資條件下也能維繫ERP為企業提供有效的管理功能。
With the rapidly changing business competition, companies must actively apply information technology to improve processes to reduce costs, reduce inventory, improve delivery accuracy, and enhance its services to meet customer satisfaction. Companies generally use ERP integration including the production, distribution, human resources, R&D, financial and other corporate functional departments operating to speed up data collection and processing, and the accumulated data were analyzed. However, the ERP system design based on the functional properties of different categories has a fixed operating menu, the data input and report output which must follow the steps of the operating procedures to perform, if the workers lack of interaction between the various functional factors related to cognitive, cause the system to internal information on the formation of redundant information invalid stock number is not accurate and the process will lead to more serious arrangements error. Due to Lean Thinking getting attention and concern has become a hot topic among global management, engineering, and social and human, and its commitment to the elimination of "waste" as the core of customer value through the view for the process to find out what is value-creating activities, and what can not create value for the waste must be eliminated. In this study, the actual construction of the case company ERP in real-time information system, to simplify the tedious steps of ERP, rapid access to information needed by the user, therefore the obtained time-saving efficiency of 43% and reduce the time wasted waiting for. and Kanban way to show real-time dynamic data of the documents and materials, with Lean Thinking mode strengthening the effectiveness of the ERP for small and medium enterprises can only maintain the ERP to ERP capital investment under the conditions providing effective management for the enterprise.
