Abstract: 模具是工業之母是經濟發展生產、製造過程中不可或缺的一環,亦是衡量一國精密機械製造能力的指標,關係到國家經濟發展與機械製造技術是否具競爭力。模具開發種類可分為塑膠模具與沖壓模具兩大類,而沖壓模具主力集中在於一般消費性電子與家電製品。本個案以某電子公司附屬的模具製造部門為個案研究探討對象,整個設計、機構創造、規格分析、構圖、原型製作、變更設計、模具修護、製造包裝與遞交的流程是重要的必備條件,然而在全球化競爭之下效率與品質是最關鍵的要素,基於這因素,模具製作過程必需思考如何在現有資源、不擴充產能之下提升效率。本研究以精實生產思維(Lean Production Thinking) 結合限制限制理論(TOC, Theory of Constraint)中之限制驅導式排程技術(DBR, Drum Buffer Rope) 導入模具開發製程,以五大流程有效的消除製程中各項的浪費,藉由與價值溪流分析手法來進行模具製程流程改善,應用限制理論以科學的方法找出系統限制,針對系統的限制瓶頸資源提升改善,縮短開發時間與標準化模具生產程序,使模具生產系統效率得到良好改善,並且提升企業競爭優勢,提高傳統模具廠競爭力。
The mold is the mother of industry, which is one of the most essential parts in the process of production and manufacturing during a national economic development, Also, it’s the index which measure the ability to produce the sophisticated machinery concerning whether national economic development and machinery production skills are competitive or not. The model development consists of two main categories- Plastic Mold and Stamping Die. Stamping Die mainly focuses on the general consumption and household electronics. The case is aimed to study the model production department in a certain company as our case-by-case research. It is importantly-necessary requirement to study the whole design, Institutions, to create, standard analysis, Composition, Prototyping, design changes, model maintain, production produce packing and process of delivery. However, the efficiency and quality are the key factors under the global competitive market. Based on these factors, it’s essential to think about how to raise the efficiency with current resources as well as continuously expanding production in the process of model production. The study is aimed to produce models wider Lean Production Thinking combined with DBR, Drum Buffer Rope in the TOC, Theory of Constraint. What’s more, we effectively get rid of various wastes with 5 Processes, improve the process of model production by Value stream analysis apply Theory of Constraints to find out System limits in a scientific way, and improve the resource promotion under System limits to shorten the development time and production process of standardized models, which boosts competitive benefits and raise the traditional Mold manufacturing plants competiveness to make model produce system obtain better improvement.
