摘要: | 隨著時代的變遷,在台灣,工具機產業仍然是一個非常活耀且重要的產業,台灣許多工具機製造廠的事業版圖雖然早已經從台灣擴展到國際舞台上,但是隨著金融風暴的發生,卻也迫使許多工具機製造廠體認到效率及資金調度的重要性。其主要的因素,還是在於眾多工具機製造廠在取得訂單時,忽略了廠區的規劃使得生產不順暢而帶來的損失,金融風暴則是突顯出訂單急速萎縮的同時,管理階層更要有效率的去因應及如何使得生產線顯得更有效率,縮短製程時間使企業在國際市場上更具有競爭力。
物料及成品囤積的狀況越嚴重,資金可調度的空間就會越小,而企業內部對於物料的掌握的能力越好,生產線發生停工待料的狀況也會低,當然這也仰賴供應商及加工廠的配合才有可能達到相當程度的效果,就企業內部來談,本研究盼望透過精實生產管理概念的導入,期盼從中研討出可被改善的浪費點,並且使工具機產業更為精實,並且讓每一個工作人員都能夠將自己的工作精實化,避免不必要的浪費。
經過本研究探討生產過程中如何減少不必要的浪費,縮短工時以利生管人員可以更準確的掌控生產線狀態,並且在PDCA的循環下未來能夠導入剛好及時概念,增加整個企業運作的效率,讓業務、研發及生產線的溝通得以更為順暢,謀求企業未來可以以更短的時間提供客戶所需的產品。 With time changes, machine tool industry is still very active and important in Taiwan. Although this territory has been expanded internationally, many players in this market have overlooked the importance of efficiency and capital allocation. One of the main factors is that while many manufacturers receiving orders, they have ignored the losses that might occur if the production is not running smoothly. Especially during financial turmoil with less order significantly, management has to ensure that production line would be more efficient to shorten the process delivery time to maintain competitiveness in the international market.
Situations such as excess materials and finished goods, narrow capital to be funded, efficient internal control to the production line while waiting for materials supply could be well managed with the coordination from the suppliers and the manufacturers. I would lie to use this opportunity to look into this few areas and improve them and enable every staff member could enhance their strength and avoid spending unnecessary costs.
I have explored a few areas in this research such as reduce unnecessary waste, shortened the working hour and staff could control the production line more accurately, the way PDCA could import the concept of JIT in the future, increase the entire operation and ensure smoother communication among sales, R&D and production departments and ultimately deliver products to customer in shorter time required. |
