摘要: 台灣、日本是亞太高階精密機械產業製造基地,眾所周知企業經常存在隱藏性的浪費,本研究將從企業內部體質精實生產(Lean Production)及豐田生產方式(TPS)、全面品質管理(TQM)、全面生產保養全面(TPM)三位一體等方法改善作業,減少被忽略的浪費,節省各項費用支出,使企業在不增加銷售量,減少浪費就可增加利潤,創造勞資雙贏的策略。本研究採個案研究法,藉由文獻探討相關理論,針對個案公司實際導入精實生方法、改善作業績效、提升品質、確認成效。以James P. Womack及Daniel T. Jones所定義之精實生產"的五大手法:定義價值、確認"價值溪流"、 暢流、後拉式生產、完善。
Taiwan and Japan form the Asian-Pacific manufacturing base for high-precision machinery. Hidden wastage is a serious problem even among renowned enterprises. This study will therefore apply TPS、TPM、TQM and Lean Production methods to improve operations, reduce hidden waste, and save considerable expenses. Most companies will be able to increase profits by reducing waste without increasing their sales volume. This is a win-win strategy for both the management and the labor force. This study employs a case-
study approach, theories discussed in the literature will be reviewed and applied to the case study to improve operational performance and quality and to verify results. James P. Womack and Daniel T. Jones defined 5 steps for lean production : 1. Identify Value, 2. Value Stream Mapping, 3. Flow, 4. Pull, 5. Perfection . Their goal is to improve the operating performance, streamline staff and procedures, and shorten the operating time to increase production profits and competitivity.
